WhatsApp linked devices: Steps for Primary phone
Step 1: Open WhatsApp on your primary phone.
Step 2: Tap the icon with three dots in the upper right corner.
Step 3: Click again on "Linked devices".
Step 4: Next, tap on "Link a Device" to display a QR code.
Next Steps for a secondary phone
Step 1: Once you have signed up for the beta program you won't need to do anything to activate it. It is already part of you.
Step 2:Log into the WhatsApp app from your secondary phone.
Step 3: Now, tap the three-dotted menu icon located in the upper right corner of your screen.
Step 4: Tap again on "Link a device".
Step 5: Now scan the QR code that is on your primary phone.
Note: The process of linking up one WhatsApp account to other devices (like laptops and tablets) is similar to the above-mentioned steps.
