Educational Qualification and Age Limit:
GENERAL MANAGER: 02
60% marks with Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized University/C.A /C.A.I.I.B having a minimum of 15 years experience of which a minimum of 10 years experience in R.B.I/NABARD/Co-operative Bank/Commercial Bank/ Financial Institution. Experience in Banking Technology will be an advantage. (Age limit not above 55)
DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER: 15
60% marks with Graduate/Post Graduate from a recognized University/M.Com/C.A/C.A.I.I.B having a minimum of 15 years experience of which a minimum of 7 years experience in R.B.I./ NABARD/ Co-operative Bank/Commercial Bank/Financial Institution. Experience in Banking Technology will be an advantage. (Age limit not above 55)
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (I.T.): 01
Graduate / Post-Graduate In Information Technology from recognized University/M.E.(IT)/B.E.(I.T.)/MCA With minimum 8 years experience in I.T. including Accounts/Banking sector. Preference would be given to those with knowledge of Cyber Security & Banking Technology. (Age limit not above (50)
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER: 15
60% marks with Graduate / Post Graduate from a recognized University/ M.Com/M.B.A with a minimum of 10 years experience of which minimum of 7 years experience in Account and Banking/Financial Sector. (Age limit not above 50)
SENIOR MANAGER (I.T.): 02
Graduate in IT from a recognized University with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Banking/Finance/IT sector will be considered for IT Cadre. (Age limit not above 45)
SENIOR MANAGER: 20
60% marks with Graduate with a minimum of 10 years experience of which 8 years in accounts in Accounts/ Banking/ Marketing sector. Performance would be given to those having degrees/diplomas in the field of Finance, Cooperation & Rural Economy, and Marketing. etc. (Age limit not above 45)
MANAGER (IT): 05
M.CA/ B.C.A/B.E. (IT) with 55% marks from a recognized university and a minimum of 5 years experience in Banking Technology is a must. (Age limit not above 40)

Any Graduation with 55% marks from a recognized University with 5 years experience in Banking/Any Financial Institution/Rural economy sector. (Age limit not above 40)
ASSISTANT MANAGER: 60
Any Graduation with 50% marks from a recognized University with 3 years experience in Banking/Any Financial Institution/Rural economy sector. (Age limit not above 35)
