Qualification Criteria for NALCO recruitment 2022:
Chief Operating Officer (COO) A graduate with an internationally recognized MBA or PG degree or diploma in Management/Social Work / Social Welfare/ Rural Management / Rural Development Ecology / HR/CSRP personal Management, Industrial Relations.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Qualified Chartered CMA/Accountant or MBA with a specialization in Finance Management.
Project Manager: Full-time regular course in Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Rural Management/Rural Development/ Development Studies/ Social Work from reputed universities/institutes with not less than 55% marks in aggregate
Assistant Project Manager: Full-time regular course in Post-Graduation Degree/ Diploma in Rural Management/Rural Development/ Development Studies /Sociology/ Social Work/Social Anthropology from reputed universities/institutes with not less than 55% marks in aggregate.
Assistant Project Manager Assistant (Finance) Bachelor’s degree in any discipline that includes cost Accountancy (ICWAI) as well as Chartered Accountancy (ICAI) or MBA (Finance).
Civil Engineers: Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in Civil from reputed universities/institutes with not less than 60% marks in aggregate.
Mobile Health Unit (Coordinator )/CSR Field Coordinator: Full-time regular course in Post-Graduation Degree in any discipline from reputed universities/institutes with not less than 60% marks in aggregate.
NALCO Recruitment 2022 job vacancy compensation package 2022:
The person who is selected as the post of Chief Operation Officer (COO) will receive the consolidated monthly remuneration amounting to approximately Rs. 1, 00,000/- per month.
The person who has been selected as CFO (CFO) will receive the consolidated monthly remuneration amounting to approximately Rs. 80,000/- per month.
The successful candidates to be the Project Manager will be paid a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 60,000/- per month.
The candidates who are selected for the post of Assistant Project Manager will receive an accumulated monthly remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- per month.
Candidates who have been selected to be considered for Civil engineering will be paid monthly consolidated remunerations of Rs. 40,000/- per month.
The candidates who are selected for MHU Coordinator or CSR Field Coordinator will be paid a monthly consolidated salary of Rs. 30,000/- per month.
In addition to the consolidated remuneration, chosen candidates are also eligible for other perks and emoluments according to the guidelines that are governed by the NALCO Foundation, which is in effect at present.
The selection process of NALCO recruitment 2022:
The selection process for Chief Operating Officer (COO) and CFO (CFO) The selection process for Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) was made through an interview. A preliminary examination of applications will be conducted to create if needed a shortlist of the most qualified candidates who will be invited to an interview. When deciding on the candidates to shortlist, the Board could apply criteria that could include qualifications that are more extensive experience, higher level of experience, and the amount of responsibility handled. So, just meeting the minimum requirements laid out for the job would not automatically qualify a candidate to be interviewed.
For the posts of Project Manager, Assistant. project manager, civil engineer, and MHU Coordinator applicants will be selected based on their writing test and group discussion subject that meets the requirements specified. Candidates who pass the group discussion will be invited for a personal interview, in a ratio of 1:10 of the group discussion scores. Based on the performance of the personal interview, taking into consideration the requirement of the organization and the requirements of the organization, candidates will be chosen. The location and time of the interview will be announced or made public to short-listed candidates as soon as possible. There is no TA/DA fee to be paid to candidates who take an interview or written test.
However, the administration reserves the option to alter the minimum eligibility criteria or standards or to limit the number of applicants in the personal or written interview if it is required.
The final decision on the placement of candidates is contingent on their medical fitness as well as other formalities to join.
